Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, I've come to love many aspects of the Bluegrass state. With a B.S. in Psychology and a Certificate in Organization Behavior Management from Florida Institute of Technology, I've garnered the skills to uplift the most advanced institutions and businesses.
I have experience influencing multi-million dollar organizations and small businesses alike. As a member of the Executive Cabinet of Fayette County Public Schools (FCPS), where we serve over 40,000 students and lead over 9,000 employees, I’ve worked with administrators to utilize OBM to improve the school district. FCPS, a $600M-a-year organization, is consistently one of the top school districts in the nation and I’m thankful to be able to play a vital role in the executive leadership of such a progressive system.
